Inés Bernal

Inés Bernal is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multinational organizations. Currently serving as Global Vice President HR at Celanese since January 2021, Inés has held several significant positions including Regional Vice President HR for the Americas, EMEA, Asia, and Global Labor Relations, as well as Sr. Director Human Resources focused on global M&A and EMEA. Prior to Celanese, Inés contributed to Boeing as Senior Employee Relations Leader for Europe, Russia, and Israel, and held leadership roles at Eclipx Group and Yum! Brands. Early career experience includes a long tenure at GSK in various HR capacities. Inés holds a Post Graduate Masters in Commerce from UNSW and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the same institution, complemented by early education at Ravenswood School for Girls.
