Erik Marell is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and business development within the telecommunications and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer at CelcomDigi since December 2022, Marell previously held similar roles at Celcom Axiata Berhad and Axiata, where responsibilities included leading strategic planning, market analysis, and managing M&A activities. Prior to these positions, Marell contributed to BT Southeast Asia in various capacities including Consulting Director, focusing on strategy delivery for major multinational clients. With a robust background in regional management for telecommunications firms such as Swedtel and Telia International Carrier, Erik Marell's career spans over two decades, marked by significant achievements in establishing and growing business operations across Southeast Asia.
