Ruth Caraballo

Ruth is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over 16 years of experience in food related industries, dabbled in manufacturing, distribution and as of most recent 12+ years in quick service restaurants. Prior to her current role as the Human Resources Director, she held several roles in the HR realm such as - HR Manager, Unemployment Manager, Staffing Manager and HR Generalist. In her current role she primarily supports the Pizza Hut and KFC brands of the company. Ruth’s passion to help people in their development and setup both the employee and company for success is supported by her personal, and career achievements. Ruth’s greatest personal accomplishment is her beautiful family (husband and her two kids). She is also proud of her professional certification, certificates and accomplishments; her most recent is SHRM – SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification, People Analytics certification followed by her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. She is a proud member of SHRM, GOSHRM and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
