John Andescavage is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Regional Executive Chef at HHS, LLC since October 2019, John oversees culinary training operations and foodservice management in healthcare settings. As CEO of Food Unchained, John spearheads high-end product lines and meal planning services for athletes and addiction treatment centers. Additional experience includes managing food and beverage operations for Celebrity Cruise Line, Compass Group, MMI Hotel Group, and Club Med, demonstrating a strong ability in menu development, financial performance, and team leadership. John holds an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and has further training from Club Med University.
