Keiani Carmichael began their work experience in 2010 as a Learning Coach at Starbucks, where they led training programs for new employees and staff development programs for existing employees. In 2012, they interned at The Eighth Floor Strategic Communications, assisting with organizing fashion week events and maintaining social media outlets. Keiani then worked as a Stylist at Ann Taylor, styling clients and mannequins and managing daily deposits. Keiani joined kate spade new york in 2013 as a Sales Associate, meeting sales targets and maintaining outreach sales and styling appointments. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at Hanro USA Inc as a Sales Consultant, building relationships, conducting seminars, and completing store visit reports. Keiani then joined Wayfair in 2021 as an Associate SSC. Currently, they hold two roles at CELINE: Client Service Advisor since 2022 and Client Service and Operation Lead starting in January 2023.

Keiani Carmichael earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Fashion Merchandising/Marketing from The Art Institute of New York City from 2011 to 2013. Keiani then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Fashion Merchandising at LIM College. No specific start or end dates were provided for their studies at LIM College.
