Christian Stolte

Christian Stolte has a diverse work experience in design, data visualization, and bioinformatics. Christian has held roles such as Lead Visualization Engineer at Cellarity, Principal Designer at Christian Stolte Design, Data Visualization Designer at New York Genome Center, Senior Bioinformatics Specialist at CSIRO Digital Productivity, and Web Developer & Designer at Broad Institute. Christian also has experience teaching design principles for data visualization and has worked as a Designer at Malcolm Grear Designers, Inc., and as an Art Director & Webmaster at Artificial Life, Inc.

Christian Stolte audited courses in Biology, Computational Biology, and Immunology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Christian also took courses in Computer Animation and Marketing at the Rhode Island School of Design. In 1980-1983, they attended Camerloher Gymnasium in Freising, Germany, where they obtained their Abitur in Art and English.
