Ishan Gupta

Ishan Gupta has a diverse work experience in the field of biochemistry and biotechnology. Ishan started their career as a Summer Researcher at the National University of Singapore in 2010 and then served as an Undergraduate Researcher at iit guwahati in 2010-2011. Ishan continued their research journey with roles at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they worked as a Research Support Associate and Graduate Research Assistant. Later, they joined Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research as a Senior Scientist II. Currently, Ishan is working at Cellarity as a Senior Scientist II, transitioning to the role of Principal Scientist. Their work has included projects like nucleic acid switches, in vivo optical clearing methods, and advanced bioinformatics research.

Ishan Gupta completed a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Biological Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2019.
