Melissa Hill-Drzewi

Melissa Hill-Drzewi has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Melissa currently holds the position of Senior Scientist at Celldex Therapeutics starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Frequency Therapeutics where they held various roles. From 2021 to 2023, they served as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for managing and administering GxP Document Management System and leading training curricula. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Scientist II/Lab Operations, managing lab operations and executing assays for the hearing program. From 2015 to 2020, they served as a Senior Scientist I, Scientist II, and Research Scientist, where they established drug discovery labs and developed primary cell proliferation assays.

Before joining Frequency Therapeutics, Melissa worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Research Scientist I from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals as a Scientist III from 2006 to 2011. Melissa also gained valuable experience at CGI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where they worked as a Research Associate II, Senior Research Associate, and Senior Research Associate II from 2002 to 2006, and at Neurogen Corporation as an Intern, Research Assistant, and Research Associate I from 1999 to 2002.

Melissa Hill-Drzewi pursued their education at Southern Connecticut State University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Double Baccalaureate degree. Melissa'sfields of study were Biology and Chemistry.
