Rachel Topper

Rachel Topper's work experience begins in 1994 as the Director of Operations at Geneva Worldwide. Rachel then worked as a Staffing Specialist at EEI Communications in 1998. In the same year, they became the HR Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond until 1997. From 1998 to 2021, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Direct Response Consulting. In 2006, they joined Wavelight, Inc as the HR Director until 2008. Rachel went on to establish their own Human Resources Consulting Firm, Rachel Topper LLC, in 2008. In 2017, they became the VP of Human Resources at TechnoMile, where they played a crucial role in scaling the company and aligning HR strategy with business objectives. Currently, Rachel holds the position of VP of HR, Americas at Cellebrite, where they lead a team and oversees various HR responsibilities to support the company's growth and align its goals with talent management and compliance.

Rachel Topper attended Purchase College, SUNY from 1991 to 1995 and obtained a BA in Womens Studies and Political Science. In 2022, they obtained an Advanced Management Program certification from K1 Investment Management.
