Robert Karsunky

Robert Karsunky is an accomplished board member and executive leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at Swisspod Technologies since June 2024 and as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at Cellestia Biotech since 2019, Karsunky has held significant leadership roles at Novartis from 2013 to 2022, including Region Head for Latin America & Canada and CFO of Novartis Pharma AG. Earlier positions include CFO roles at Alcon Laboratories and Novartis Consumer Health, as well as international CFO at Medtronic and various financial leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Company. Karsunky holds degrees from NYU Stern School of Business, RWTH Aachen University, and the University of Cologne.
