Stephanie Colon

Stephanie Colon, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, starting with their current role as the Director of Human Resources at CELSIUS Holdings, Inc. Stephanie has been with the company since August 2023. Prior to this, Stephanie worked as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner, Manager at North American Partners in Anesthesia, formerly American Anesthesiology Division of MEDNAX, from October 2015 to August 2023. Before that, they served as an HR Generalist at Aquatic Systems, Inc. from July 2014 to October 2015 and at PTE Systems International from February 2014 to July 2014. Stephanie's career in human resources began at Humana, where they worked as a Health Insurance Specialist from 2010 to 2013.

Stephanie Colon, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Nova Southeastern University between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) specializing in Management and Marketing from Florida International University from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, Stephanie Colon holds certifications as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM since 2015 and as a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI since 2013.
