Robert Friesen

Robert Friesen has extensive experience in the pulp and paper industry, serving in various managerial roles at Irani S.A. since May 2003, including Gerente de Produção de Celulose e Recuperação Química, Gerente de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento e Qualidade, and Gerente de Produção de Papel. Responsibilities included managing multiple paper machines, overseeing a team of approximately 100 employees, and leading innovative research in product development and process improvement. Prior to Irani S.A., Robert held the position of Consultor Técnico at Celulose Cambara and worked as Coordenador Produção Celulose at Araupel SA. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Gestão Empresarial from FGV, a degree in Engenharia Ambiental from Universidade do Contestado, and a postgraduate degree in Celulose e Papel from Universidade Federal de Viçosa, along with a Técnico em Celulose e Papel from Senai Cetecep.
