Carlos Mahuad

Carlos Mahuad is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in corporate and digital communications. Currently serving as the Global Head of External Communications and Global Head of Digital Communications at CEMEX since September 2015, Carlos leads the online communications for a prominent building materials company, overseeing global websites, social media, and digital content strategies. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Communications Manager for Honeywell in Mexico and Latin America, where responsibilities encompassed developing corporate communications programs and managing media relations. Carlos has also held positions at CEMEX as a Corporate Communications Advisor and served as Communications and Events Manager for the American Chamber of Commerce in Monterrey. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
