Katherine Lee Akeret

Katherine Lee Akeret serves as the Global Head of External Communications at Schindler Group, overseeing media relations, crisis communication, and marketing since October 2022. In addition, Katherine has been a Communications Executive at Lee & Partners since July 2018, providing advisory services to corporates and start-ups with notable clients including Montblanc and Credit Suisse. At JAROWA AG, Katherine leads communications and marketing efforts and previously held the position of Head of Marketing, Communications & Public Relations at Well Gesundheit AG, where responsibilities included team leadership and brand development. An extensive background in corporate communications was established during a tenure at Credit Suisse, where Katherine managed various communication strategies. Earlier roles included project management and consultancy at Swiss Life and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd., as well as customer advisory at AXA. Katherine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication and has undertaken executive education at the University of St. Gallen focusing on governance for boards of directors.
