Lauren Blenheim

Lauren Blenheim, M.S., SPHR has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Lauren is currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Employee Experience and Culture at Cencora since April 2023. Before that, they held the position of Director of Global Employee Experience and Culture at the same company from January 2022 to March 2023. Prior to joining Cencora, they worked at Campbell Soup Company for a significant period. Lauren Blenheim, M.S., SPHR has a Master of Science degree in HR Management from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business. Lauren also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Masters of Education degree in Secondary Education, both obtained from Lehigh University. In addition, they have additional certifications including being a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute (obtained in 2012) and a Certified Practitioner for the Myer-Briggs Type Indicator from the American Management Association (obtained in 2011).
