Michelle Herron

Michelle Herron has a diverse and extensive work experience. Michelle started their career in 2007 as a Loan Operations/Personal Banker at Aledo National Bank. Michelle then transitioned into sales roles, working as an Inside Sales Specialist at eRx Network and later becoming a Team Lead in the same company. Michelle also worked as a Teacher/Coach at Venus High School, where they taught High School Geometry and incorporated various technologies in the classroom. Michelle joined AmerisourceBergen as a Retail Specialty Sales Representative at ASD Healthcare in 2011, eventually becoming a Manager, Sales in 2015. Michelle continued to advance in their career at AmerisourceBergen, holding various roles such as Manager, Inside Sales and Manager, Retail Specialty Sales at AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation and ASD Healthcare. From 2018 to 2022, Michelle held key positions at AmerisourceBergen, including District Director, Health Systems and Specialty Solutions, Director Strategic Accounts, Health Systems & Specialty Services, and Sr. Director, Sales Operations and Enablement. Michelle then joined Cencora in 2022 as the Vice President of Account Management, where they led and managed a team of Account Managers, implemented strategic approaches, and optimized operational efficiencies. Throughout their career, Michelle has consistently achieved impressive results, demonstrated strong leadership skills, and focused on delivering value to their teams and clients.

Michelle Herron earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tarleton State University between 2004 and 2007. Michelle also studied Business Administration at Weatherford College for a year from 2004 to 2005. In 2013, Michelle obtained a certification as a Certified Quality Improvement Associate.
