Dan Kuosman has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Dan'smost recent role was as the Director of Benefits and Compensation at Centauri Health Solutions, Inc., a healthcare technology and services company. Dan Kuosman, SHRM-SCP, CEBS completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Management, focusing on Human Resources, from John Carroll University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management at Cleveland State University, attending from 1997 to 1998.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Dan Kuosman has obtained several certifications. In January 2015, they received the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) U.S. certification from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in December 2021. Additionally, they received the Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) U.S. certification from IFEBP in December 2021 and the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) U.S. certification from IFEBP in December 2020.
