Missy Borchardt

Missy Borchardt, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of End User Experience and Project Delivery at Centene Corporation, a position held since November 2018. Prior to this role, Missy Borchardt was the Director of Emerging Leaders at Centene Corporation and Dean of Enrollment Management at Ranken Technical College, where responsibilities included marketing, public relations, STEM pathways, recruitment, and career services from 1998 to November 2018. Other notable positions include Department Chair for Architectural Technology, Building Systems Engineering Technology, and Carpentry and Building Departments, as well as Co-founder and CEO of Tech Grind. Additionally, Missy Borchardt was the Principal Investigator for an S-STEM grant at the National Science Foundation from 2009 to 2013. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Lindenwood University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and an Associate's degree in Architectural Technology from Ranken Technical College.
