Kevin Connell

Kevin Connell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kevin started their career in 1998 as the Vice President of Property Development at Brinker International. From there, they went on to work at Foremark Ltd & WD Partners as the Director of Development Services, and later at General Growth Properties as the Senior Director of Development. In 2011, they joined JCPenney as the Director of Office Facilities, Property Development, and Construction Services. Kevin then worked at Rouse Properties, Inc. as the Vice President of Development & Construction. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Development and Construction at Centennial Real Estate Management, LLC.

Kevin Connell has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. Kevin also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration, with a field of study in Management and Operations, also from The University of Texas at Dallas.
