Cody D. Rutherford

Cody D. Rutherford has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Cody D. started their career at Todos Innovations, where they founded the company and worked until 2017. After that, they joined CNSI as a Lead for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and worked until 2017. In 2019, Cody co-founded Tailored Menu and served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) until 2022. Cody D. then joined Noblis as a Senior Principal, where they worked as a Principal Technical Consultant and Data Scientist, advising clients on AI, Data Architecture, and Business Intelligence. Cody D. also served as the Head of the Digital Innovation and Analytics Working Group and was part of the Noblis AI/ML Research Center Leadership team. In addition, Cody worked as a Sr Technical Consultant to CMS for Data Architecture, Healthcare IT Security & Policy, and ML Researcher. In 2022, they worked as a Researcher at the Center for AI and Digital Policy, and in 2023, they became the Artificial Intelligence Policy Research Clinic Team Lead at the same organization.

Cody D. Rutherford holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from East Tennessee State University. Cody D. also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business from King University. Cody has a Certificate of Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online and participated in the Y Combinator Startup School Online program in 2018. Additionally, they hold certifications such as the Advanced Certificate of AI Policy and Certificate of AI Policy from the Center for AI and Digital Policy, as well as being a Certified SAFe Agilist from SAFe. Cody's educational achievements also include the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.
