Serhiy Dyoma

Serhiy Dyoma is a Senior Military Advisor at the Center for Civilians in Conflict, where expertise has been applied since January 2017 to promote the protection of civilians in armed conflicts. Prior experience includes self-employment as an interpreter and translator for various prominent organizations, including the World Health Organization and Human Rights Watch, since September 2009. Previous roles also feature a position as Language Assistant at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and Development Manager at the Academy of Ukrainian Press, focusing on NGO capacity building and fundraising.
