Andy Loignon

Andy Loignon is a Senior Research Scientist at the Center for Creative Leadership since January 2022. Prior to this, Andy was an Assistant Professor at Louisiana State University from June 2018 to May 2021 and at NEOMA Business School from August 2016 to August 2018. Andy also worked as a Research Associate at the American Institutes for Research from June 2010 to July 2012. Andy holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Masters in Applied Psychology with a focus in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine.
