Paul Tang has been working in the field of human development for over 10 years. Paul started their career as a director of Life Assist Services, where they helped people with developmental disabilities lead more independent lives. Paul then became the director of BlueSky Behavioral Health, LLC, where they oversaw the company's extended program, which provided services to people with mental health and substance abuse disorders. In September 2014, Paul joined the staff at the Center for Human Development as the assistant program director. In this role, they help to develop and implement programs that provide services to people with developmental disabilities.
