Jameika Bristol has a diverse work experience that spans several organizations and roles. Jameika began their career at Boys & Girls Clubs of America in 2002, where they served as an Area Director of Juvenile Justice Programs and later as a Prevention Specialist Director. During their time there, they conceptualized and coordinated community programs, supervised and evaluated a team of staff members, and developed character and leadership programs for high-risk youths.
In 2007, Jameika joined Daemen College as the Regional Associate Director of Admissions. In this role, they planned and executed growth strategies, managed partnerships with high schools in various states, facilitated educational workshops, and made final decisions on student scholarships and grants.
From 2014 to 2016, they worked at College Summit NY/NJ, Inc. as the Director of Strategic Partnerships. Their responsibilities included establishing and maintaining partnerships, as well as contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organization.
Currently, Jameika is employed at the Center for Court Innovation, where they have held several positions since 2016. Jameika started as the Manager of Youth Court Justice Initiatives and later became the Program Manager before assuming their current role as the Associate Director of Youth & Community Initiatives. In these positions, they have been involved in various aspects of program management, budgeting, grant deliverables, and the development of innovative youth and community programs.
