Deborah Harris I👀U💡 is an experienced organizational development consultant, founder of iCU Learning, and executive director of iCU Community Organization, NFP. With expertise in strategy, design, and delivery of soft skill learning programs emphasizing inclusion, Deborah specializes in customized learning solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. As a member of the Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Deborah contributes to governance and strategic planning. Previous roles include senior corporate trainer at Exact Sciences, sales enablement and applications trainer at Leica Biosystems, and training specialist at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where Deborah developed various leadership and training programs. Deborah holds a BBA in International Business & Trade from Florida Atlantic University.
