Adil Hussain

Adil Hussain started working at the Center for Social Dynamics in 2018 as a Behavior Specialist. In this role, they utilized their knowledge of psychology, behavior science, and culture to provide exceptional in-home clinical service. Their responsibilities included multitasking, creativity, observational skills, and planning to facilitate client development. Adil also handled daily tasks such as digital health, data collection, risk management, HIPPA compliance, and communication with clients, treatment teams, and families. In May 2019, Adil transitioned to the role of Client Services Coordinator, where they used their interdisciplinary knowledge to schedule direct-service in-home sessions for clients with Behavior Specialists. Adil oversaw Service Coordination in the Vallejo Region and Contra Costa Region, maintaining a utilization rate of over 60% for authorized hours and meeting over 90% of monthly headcount goals for each region. Adil is currently working as a Clinical Recruiter, starting in June 2021.

Adil Hussain completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Humboldt State University between 2016 and 2017.
