Pamela Taylor

Pamela Taylor, M.S., is a Senior Program Director in CSS’s Middle States Region. Through group facilitation and individual supervision, she leads a team of Program Managers to implement CSS solutions throughout the region. She has worked as a trainer, facilitator, and technical assistance provider at CSS since 1998. Rev. Taylor serves as an Associate Minister of Alpha Baptist Church in Willingboro, New Jersey, where she works with women’s, youth, and educational ministries. She holds a master’s degree in Christian counseling from the Philadelphia Biblical University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Georgia.
