Jennifer Gholston possesses extensive experience in health and human services, currently serving as the Director of the CUCS Institute at the Center for Urban Community Services since October 2005. The CUCS Institute focuses on training, support, and consultation services related to housing, homelessness, behavioral health, and various social issues. Jennifer’s previous roles at CUCS include Associate Director and Senior Consultant, as well as Program Director for both the Street Outreach Team and ACT Team. Prior to CUCS, Jennifer held the position of Social Work Supervisor for Project HELP at Gouverneur Behavioral Health from 1998 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Columbia University, an Executive Education Program from Columbia Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Rollins College.
