Dario Chiru

Dario Chiru has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dario is currently the Vice President of Client Success and Business Development at Center Source Group, where they lead the business development strategy and team execution. Dario has operational expertise in multiple verticals, such as Financial services, Telecommunications, hospitality, and iGaming.

Before that, Dario was the Founder/Partner at Knowledge Pro Panama since June 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President- Panama at iQor, a global provider of business process outsourcing and product support services. In this role, they partnered with renowned brands to deliver aftermarket product and customer support solutions.

Additionally, Dario worked at Grupo Valor S.A as the Commercial Director/Partner and played a key role in the company's operations from July 2013 to November 2014. Dario also gained valuable experience at Sitel, where they held the positions of Site Director and Sr. Operations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for client relationships, P&L performance, employee satisfaction, and overall growth of the site and organization.

Earlier in their career, Dario worked at Transactel as an Ops Manager, at BPO Services as a Contact Center Operations Executive, and at SITEL as an OPS Manager and Shift Manager. Their responsibilities included financial forecasting, data analysis, quality improvement, recruitment, and selection.

Dario Chiru attended Panama Canal College from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained an AS degree in Computer Science. Later, they pursued a degree in Commercial Engineering at Universidad Latina from 2012 to 2014.
