Nick Farley

Senior Director, Customer Experience at Center®

Nick Farley has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Nick began their career as a 5th/6th grade teacher at DeSales Catholic School in 2009, followed by coaching roles at Irondale High School and Allamakee Community School in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Behavior Specialist for North St. Paul School District and as a Teacher for LifeSpan, Inc., as well as a Coach for Hill-Murray School. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Maximum Solutions in roles such as Implementation Project Manager, Client Services Manager, and Client Services Support Analyst. Since 2016, they have been employed at SAP Concur, where they have held roles such as Senior Manager - Services, Service Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Supervisor, and Director, Preferred Care. Currently, they are the Director, Customer Experience - Support and Senior Manager, Customer Support & Success at Center (getcenter.com).

Nick Farley attended the University of Northern Iowa from 2002 to 2006, where they earned two Bachelor Degrees in Physical Education and Elementary Education.
