Alma Rodriguez, MS, BCBA, is a seasoned professional in the field of behavioral therapy, currently serving as a Clinical Supervisor at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) since November 2014. Alma's experience includes working as a Clinical Assistant Supervisor, Community Outreach Representative, and Behavior Therapist, where responsibilities encompassed designing individualized treatment programs, training staff and caregivers, and conducting assessments to track progress in children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Alma's educational background includes a Master of Science from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of California, Davis, complemented by prior volunteer experience and tutoring roles.
