Shellie Osorio

Shellie Osorio has a diverse work experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. Shellie began their career as an Inside Sales Representative at Cassco Bio-Labs in 2010 before transitioning to a School Social Worker role at the Special School District of St. Louis County in 2010. Shellie then worked as a Mental Health Therapist at CenterPointe Hospital, where they provided therapy and developed treatment plans for patients. Shellie also held roles as a Care Advocate at United Behavioral Health and as a Therapist at Midwest Institute Of Addiction. In 2017, Osorio joined St. Anthony's Medical Center as a Substance Abuse Specialist before transitioning to the role of Outreach Coordinator at American Addiction Centers in 2021. Most recently, they served as a Community Liaison in the Midwest Region at New Season. In 2023, they became the Assistant Director of Business Development at CenterPointe Hospital. Throughout their work experience, Osorio demonstrated strong sales and business acumen, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Shellie Osorio obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from St. Louis University, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. In September 2012, they received the LCSW certification from the Division of Professional Registration-State of Missouri.
