Marsha Zych

Marsha Zych has over 14 years of experience in supporting individuals with physical and developmental disabilities, mental illnesses, and frail elders, alongside a background as a caregiver for a child with autism. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Centers For Independence since March 2024, Marsha previously held the position of PSR at Aurora Advanced Healthcare from August 2019 to March 2024. Other roles include Independent IRIS Consultant at First Person Care Consultants, Social Worker in Diversion Services at Milwaukee Center For Independence, and Adjunct Faculty supervising the human services internship program at Ottawa University. Marsha's extensive career also encompasses long-standing roles at Aurora Advanced Healthcare, where work as a receptionist spanned various departments for over two decades. Educational qualifications include a PhD and a Master's in Human Services from Capella University, completed between 2004 and 2009.
