Daryl Young

Daryl Young has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Daryl is currently the Market President at CenterWell Senior Primary Care, where they have played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the Arizona market. In this capacity, Daryl has been involved in various activities, including hiring physicians and clinical and management teams, engaging with FMO partners, brokers, and agents, and working closely with marketing and sales teams to drive clinic growth. Daryl has also successfully closed acquisition targets to expand the patient network. Daryl has been instrumental in collaborating with physician dyad to advance care delivery models and improve performance. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Consultant in Healthcare Consulting and held leadership positions at WellMed Medical Management, where they served as the Vice President of Contracted Operations and Senior Vice President. Daryl's earlier experience includes various roles at Baptist Health System, where they demonstrated their strategic acumen and leadership skills in overseeing market operations and clinical programs.

Daryl Young has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Clinical Practice Management from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Clinical Services Management from the same institution. Daryl also holds an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Fayetteville Technical Community College.
