Kerri Tamer Lmsw

Kerri Tamer, LMSW has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Kerri started their career at FEGS in 2010 as a Program Director, overseeing case management functions and implementing risk management software. Kerri also led improvement projects using Six Sigma strategies. In 2015, they joined the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services as a Program Director, where they oversaw case management operations and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. Kerri then moved to EmblemHealth, initially serving as a Lead Quality Improvement Specialist, managing staff responsible for designing and implementing health improvement projects. Kerri later transitioned to the role of Manager, Provider Engagement, focusing on coordinating care between physical and behavioral health providers. In 2021, Kerri joined Heal as the Director of Care Coordination, where they were responsible for patient success and ensuring efficient care delivery. Kerri eventually took on the role of Director of Patient Success. Currently, they are working at CenterWell Senior Primary Care as the Chief of Staff and Director of Strategy Advancement.
