Astghik K.

Astghik K. has an extensive work experience in various organizations. In 2005, they worked as a Lawyer for Investment Law Group until 2006. Then, they joined the Central Bank of Armenia as the Head of International Relations Division of the Financial Intelligence Unit from 2006 to 2017. During this time, they also served as a MONEYVAL Administrator for the Council of Europe from 2014 to 2016. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a MONEYVAL Administrator for the Council of Europe and at the same time as a Deputy Head of the Financial Intelligence Unit at the Central Bank of Armenia. In 2020, they became a Committee Member for Egmont Group of Financial Intelligence Units and Vice Chair for MONEYVAL in 2021.

Astghik K. received a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the French University of Armenia, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Astghik then pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Master's Degree in Law, which they obtained in 2006.
