Seda Yeritsyan

Head Of Budgeting Unit at Central Bank of Armenia

Seda Yeritsyan has extensive work experience in the financial sector. Seda started their career at ProCredit Bank of Armenia in 2013, where they worked as a credit analyst in the Department of Credit Risks. In 2014, they joined Byblos Bank Armenia CJSC and held various roles, including financial analyst and financial reporting and budget control officer. Seda'smost recent position is as the Head of the Budgeting Unit at the Central Bank of Armenia, which they started in 2023.

Seda Yeritsyan completed their education at Yerevan State University. Seda obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from 2007 to 2011. Seda then pursued a Master's degree in Finances, Crediting, and Monetary Circulation from 2011 to 2013 at the same university. Additionally, Seda Yeritsyan has obtained several certifications, including the Central and Private Bankers Certificate Programme from FMO - Dutch entrepreneurial development bank in March 2020, the CIMA Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in January 2020, the CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in December 2014, and the Young Bankers Program from ProCredit Bank Armenia in August 2013.
