Heather Maye

Heather Maye has extensive experience in the Further Education and Welfare to Reform sectors, currently serving as a Skills for Life/Further Education Lecturer at Central Bedfordshire College since June 2004. Specializing in Pre-Access courses and ESOL, Heather employs a diverse range of teaching strategies to meet the needs of adult learners, also delivering Basic Skills, Access, ICT, and Employment Development Training Programs. Previously, Heather worked as a Skills For Life/Employability Tutor at A4e from March 2010 to September 2011, further honing expertise in supporting adult learners. Heather holds a BSc in Business Studies and Social Sciences from De Montfort University.
