Bryan Smith

Bryan Smith has an extensive work experience in the health plan operations field. Bryan started their career at Humana in 1999 as a Manager of Claim Operations and later became the Director of Claim Operations. In 2016, they were appointed as the Director of Medicare Grievance & Appeals. During their time at Humana, they played a key role in managing claim operations. In 2018, they joined Community First Health Plans as the Executive Director. After that, they worked as the Vice President of Health Plan Operations at Health First from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Bryan holds the position of Director of Claim Operations at Central California Alliance for Health, starting from March 2021.

Bryan Smith has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from McKendree University. Bryan also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
