Brian Bultman

VP of Finance at Central Credit Union of Illinois

Brian Bultman has worked in the finance industry since 1984. Brian began their career at BMO Harris Bank as a Senior Auditor, where they conducted audits of the International Operations Division, Money Market Division, Municipal Bond Division, Harris Bank Corp. and Harris Futures Corp. In 1986, they moved to the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Agent. After four years, they joined Baxter Credit Union as the Director of Auditing & Compliance. In 1998, they became the Chief Executive Officer of NARDA Credit Union, where they were responsible for the overall operation and results of the credit union. In 2001, they moved to Kane County Teachers Credit Union as the Vice President of Finance. Three years later, they joined HealthCare Associates Credit Union as the Senior VP / CFO and Vice President of Information Systems. In 2013, they became the Chief Financial Officer of Nymeo Federal Credit Union. In 2015, they joined Church of the Brethren as the Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director of Organizational Resources, where they led the finance, information systems and historical archives teams. In 2019, they began their current role as the VP of Finance at Central Credit Union of Illinois, where they lead the Accounting and I. T. teams.

Brian Bultman obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee between 1980 and 1984. Brian then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Management Information Systems at Northern Illinois University between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of Illinois.
