Jeanette Andriola-Carr

Jeanette Andriola-Carr is the Director of Billing & Credentialing at True Health. Jeanette has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on managed care and regulatory compliance.

Jeanette began their career as a Paralegal, providing support to all aspects of the company's operations. Jeanette quickly rose through the ranks, and was eventually promoted to Manager of Licensure and Regulatory Affairs. In this role, they oversaw a team of Paralegals and was responsible for training Corporate Development staff on various processes, new reporting, and other initiatives.

In November 2021, Jeanette left WellMed Medical Management to join True Health as the Director of Billing & Credentialing. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all billing and credentialing operations for the company.

Jeanette Andriola-Carr has a MBA/MHA from Webster University in Business and Healthcare and a BA from Jacksonville University in Management. Jeanette is certified from the AAPC as a Certified Professional Compliance Officer, Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA), and Certified Professional Coder (CPC).

Jeanette Andriola-Carr reports to Janelle Dunn, CEO. and Simone Langley - Credentialing Manager reports to Jeanette Andriola-Carr. They work with Darryl Henry - Director, Facilities, Ashley Baker - Director, Business Development, and Michael Douse - Director, IT.
