Mike Cilla is the Enterprise Sr. Director of HR Strategy & Analytics at Central Health, focusing on providing equitable healthcare. Prior to their current role, Mike worked at Juul Labs as Director of HR Strategy & Insights and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Mike also gained experience at Namely as an HR Consultant and at various other organizations in HR-related roles. Mike holds a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University and has a diverse background in HR strategy and analytics.
