Jeff Doane

Jeff Doane has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years in various industries. Jeff is currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at Central Hudson, where they provide management, strategy, and direction for all customer service functions. Jeff has expertise in leveraging SAP S4 HANA, Analytics Cloud, and C4C to drive customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, they worked as a Program Manager for CIS Transformation and a District Director for Business Development at Central Hudson. In these roles, they were responsible for analyzing growth opportunities, project management, forecasting, and lean six sigma operations. Jeff also has experience as a Commercial New Business Engineer and Assistant Engineer in Business Development and Gas & Mechanical at Central Hudson, where they managed new service projects and resolved customer concerns. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at Clarkson Consulting Group, leading a team to consult for a Fortune 500 company on opening manufacturing operations in India. Before their professional career, Jeff served as the President of the Zeta Phi Chapter of Alpha Chi Rho Fraternity.

Jeff Doane has a Master's Certificate in Leadership for the 21st Century from Rutgers Graduate School of Education. Jeff also holds an LSS Green Belt Certification in Center for Control & Applied Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have a Master of Business Administration in Innovation & New Venture Management from Clarkson University. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration and Mathematics from Clarkson University as well.
