Jason Wirick

Senior Director of Customer Experience at Linxup

Jason Wirick has extensive experience in customer success and customer support roles. Jason began their career as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, where they gained exposure to sales. Jason then joined BizLibrary, starting as a Business Development Representative and later becoming an Account Executive. In these roles, they utilized needs-based selling approaches and developed and managed a pipeline of potential clients. Jason also worked as a Learning Consultant at BizLibrary, where they built and sustained excellent relationships with clients, secured contractual commitments, and applied data insights to drive results. Jason then progressed to become the Manager and later the Director of Client Success, leading and coaching a team responsible for maximizing client success with SaaS-based solutions. Currently, they are working at Linxup as the Senior Director of Customer Experience, where they are responsible for centralizing and streamlining processes to create positive customer experiences.

Jason Wirick began their education at Rockwood Summit from 1996 to 2000. After completing high school, they attended Truman State University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Economics. Jason then pursued further education and completed an MBA degree in Business from Maryville University of Saint Louis from 2009 to 2011.
