Jodi Hubler has a long work experience in various roles. In 2022, they became an Independent Board Director for BrainCheck and an Advisor for Black Opal Ventures. In 2021, they became an Independent Board Director for Marani. In 2020, they were an Independent Board Director for ABOUT and \u014cmcare. From 2006 to 2019, they were the CEO & Managing Director (Fund I & II) of Lemhi Ventures, a venture capital fund investing in companies innovating across the health service ecosystem with $385M in assets under management. From 2019 to 2006, they were the President of Bind Benefits and the Vice President of Human Resources for Ameriprise Financial. From 2003 to 2000, they were the Vice President People and Culture, RPD for Alcoa and the Vice President Human Resources (Chief People Officer) for Definity Health.

Jodi Hubler began their educational journey in 1988 when they attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in 1992. Jodi then pursued a MAIR in Management and Organizations at the same school, which they completed in 1993.
