Sydni Howard

Sydni Howard, MBA, LSSBB has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Sydni currently holds the position of Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Central Ohio Primary Care since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at OhioHealth as a Palliative Care/Hospice System Medical Education Project Manager from January 2018 to July 2021. Sydni also gained experience as a Sr. Performance Improvement Analyst at Wake Forest Baptist Health from December 2016 to January 2018. Moreover, they worked as an Assistant Director at Columbus State Community College from June 2013 to May 2015 and as a Program Manager at OSU Medical Center from June 2007 to July 2013. Additionally, they served as the Sr. Business Consultant/COO at HELPING OTHER PEOPLE EVOLVE from March 2008 to January 2012.

Sydni Howard, MBA, LSSBB, completed their education at Ashland University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended The Ohio State University from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained a certification in "Interrupting Bias in Hiring" from Textio in 2023.
