Alex Swogger

Alex Swogger is currently the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Central Ohio Transit Authority, previously holding the title of Senior Human Resources Recruiter. Prior to this, Alex worked at ViaQuest, Inc. from January 2014 to June 2021, where roles included Recruiting & Engagement Director, HR Administrator, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Employment Coordinator. Before ViaQuest, Alex was a Recruiting Manager at Knight Transportation from June 2012 to January 2014. Alex graduated from The Ohio State University in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology.
