The current executive team at Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) has a wealth of experience in a variety of industries and educational institutions. The president, ML Short, has experience as an executive coach and consultant, while the vice president of talent management, Duke Energy Corporation, has experience in the energy industry. The chief information officer, Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, P.A. (CEENTA), has experience in the medical field, while the director of information systems, Pinehurst Medical Clinic, has experience in the healthcare industry. Lastly, the chief technology officer - HQ USASOC at Hewlett Packard, NCI Information Systems, Inc., has experience in the technology industry. All of these individuals have received education from respected institutions, such as the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Boston University, and Franklin University.
