Claudia Lama-Parakka has been working in the recruitment industry since 2000. Claudia began their career as a Technical Recruiter at Synergy Personnel in 2000. Claudia then moved to Pyramid Screening Technology in 2006 as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for sourcing, recruiting and retaining qualified professionals for direct hire positions, as well as developing screening questionnaires for Pyramid's screening software. Claudia then moved to NTS - National Technical Systems in 2006 as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. In 2008, they joined Strategic Staffing Solutions as a Technical Recruiter. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at RGA, Ltd. as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, where they successfully recruited and placed software developers, quality assurance engineers, project managers, systems engineers, program managers, network engineers, database administrators, database programmers, SAS programmers, PeopleSoft developers, WebLogic administrators, WebSphere administrators, business analysts, project coordinators, financial analysts, legal secretaries, administrative assistants, etc. In 2016, they joined Bay Area Real Estate Services as a Broker Associate. In 2018, they moved to Symantec as a Recruiter and is currently working as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Central Point Partners since 2021.
Claudia Lama-Parakka has a diverse educational background. Claudia obtained a high school diploma from St. Paul's High School in San Francisco, California. Claudia then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from San Francisco State University. Subsequently, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - International Marketing from the same university. Finally, they obtained a Master's Degree in MA Industrial Arts - Multimedia from San Francisco State University. Additionally, they have obtained a Real Estate Broker License from the State of California and a Sourcecon Academy certification from ERE in September 2019.
