Leenus Roffun Silva

Leenus works as a Project Lead with Government Partnerships team and and leads the DIKSHA project out of Chennai. His key responsibilities include working with government stakeholders across few focus states and Ekstep team to drive programs through DIKSHA. His foray into the development sector began with a stint with Fincare Small Finance Bank to ensure financial inclusion at the last mile. Prior to joining CSF, he worked as a Young Professional with Tamil Nadu Rural Development Department working on the design phase of Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project, a World Bank-funded project focused on enterprise promotion. Leenus holds a MBA degree from Xavier Institute of Management and an engineering degree from Jerusalem College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai. In his spare time, Leenus enjoys reading non-fiction, watching movies from across the world, and catching up with friends.
